First off I am a huge college sports fan. Even though I go to SIU my favorite team is Michigan. There is a little information on both of these teams plus Illinois and Tenneesse this is where Dan and Issac go to school at so I had to put them on here.
I am a HUGE FAN of the University of Michigan. No team in my opinion has a more storied history for sports. They have won 51 National Championships for Division I sports. Now thats impressive. Click on the helmet above to see more about the Wolverines.
Well now everyone knows what the hell a Saluki is. Holy Shit is all I can say about this years basketball team. They were awesome. The NCAA Sweet Sixteen turned Carbondale upside down much like during the Halloween Riots. All our other sports still suck ass but we have won 1 NCAA D-II title in Football but that was back in 1983 (the last time we were actually good in football). University of Tennessee has produced some great athletes sorry I meant "student-athletes". My good buddy Issac goes to school here and he threatened to beat me up if I did not put something about UT on here. They have won 13 NCAA National Titles in different sports (mostly women's basketball). One of my good friends, Dan goes to the University of Illinois. He loves the Fighting Illini. The picture above is of Memorial Stadium right before the annual Illinois-Michigan game (Michigan won this game by the way). U of I has won 20 NCAA National Championship in various things but they are still not as good as Michigan's 51. Click on the picture to learn more about the University of Illinois.
