Some of my favorite professional sports teams.
For those of you who do not know I am a HUGE CUBS FAN!!! Even more than a Michigan fan. I finally got to see them play at Wrigley (Summer 2001). Yes, they may be called the "loveable losers" but who the hell cares what is there not to love about them. Their history is one of greatest parts to the Cubs Organization. Don't get me wrong their future is bright too with future stars like Corey Patterson, Bobby Hill and Mark Prior plus don't forget about Slammin' Sammy the World Series is not far off. No more "wait til next year" for Cubs fans next year is this year!!!! Oh yes and I am not a White Sox Fan!! Click on the picture to go to the Cubs website.
Two Words: Da Bears, Enough said. This is the greatest professional football team EVER. From Halas to Ditka to Sayers to Payton and now Urlacher this teams is steeped in history and great defenses. They have finally got their act together and are now kicking ass and taking names the way it should be done. The New Monsters of the Midway are here to stay and they are even getting help from some of my boys from Michigan (Thomas and Terrell). Ahhh yes the Bulls were the team of the 1990's for one reason only and that is because of the man above. (Before anyone says something about him being in a Wizards warmup, I like the picture with him under the banners). Granted he is now apart of the Wizards as you can see, but its no big deal. I am still a fan of the Bulls and they will eventually be competitive again. 6 time NBA Champions they can never take from Chicago.
